Bob Davoli

Bob Davoli, Managing Director at Sigma Partners, joined the firm in 1995 and has
25 years of experience in the high technology industry. His ability to identify and
motivate innovative founding teams has been an essential ingredient of his investment success. Bob regularly leverages his deep operational experience and
technology intellect to support the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to Sigma Partners, Bob was President & CEO of Epoch Systems, the leading vendor of client-server data management software products. He sold the firm in 1993 to EMC for $141 million. Previously, he was the Founder, President and CEO
of SQL Solutions, a leading purveyor of services and tools for the relational database market. Bob sold SQL Solutions to Sybase for stock eventually worth over $100 million. Bob served as an executive officer of Sybase for over two years.

In recent years, Bob has appeared three times on the Forbes’ Midas list, a ranking of top venture capitalists. He also appeared on the cover of Business Week in a feature story describing how VCs thrive through good and tough times.

Rich Erickson

Rich Erickson, a Venture Partner at Updata Partners, brings over 20 years of
experience in public and private application development and systems integration companies.

Rich started his career in the early 1980′s with one of the TCP/IP Internet network pioneers, Excelan, where he participated in the company’s growth, IPO and ultimate sale to Novell. From 1987 until 1997, he was one of two principals of Digital Network Associates (DNA), a private network and systems integrator. Under Mr. Erickson’s guidance, DNA grew from start-up to almost $20M in revenues when it was sold to United States Office Products in 1997. At USOP he subsequently played a key role in the acquisition, divestiture, and integration of numerous technology services businesses.

In late 1999 he joined iXL, an Internet application consulting firm, where he became Senior Vice President of US Operations. During his tenure at iXL, Mr. Erickson headed the restructuring of a 2000+ employee organization, the public to public company merger integration of iXL with Scient in 2001, and the divestiture and sale of several operating business units.

Most recently Mr. Erickson was President and CEO of AlphaNet Solutions Inc., a publicly-held IT outsourcing company that was also an Updata Partners portfolio company. In less than two years he drove the turn around, restructuring and ultimate sale to Ciber (CBR-NYSE) in June of 2003.

Richard Fox

Richard Fox is a Managing Director of Cross Atlantic and has been with the firm since 1999. He oversees the activities of two dedicated funds managed by Cross Atlantic: The Co-Investment 2000 Fund, L.P. and The Co-Investment Fund II, L.P. Richard has worked closely with entrepreneurs in multiple portfolio companies in a wide variety of different industries and has served as a director on the board of numerous companies.

Richard has over 25 years of investment experience in venture capital, institutional investing, and commercial banking. Prior to joining Cross Atlantic, he was president of Penn Janney Advisory, which managed both the direct private equity and partnership investments for The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Janney Montgomery Scott. Before joining Penn Mutual, he was a vice president in the corporate lending division of PNC Bank and managed a portfolio of large corporate relationships.

Richard began his career with Chemical Bank’s (now J. P. Morgan’s) Latin American Division, where he held a number of management positions. He serves as an adjunct associate professor at New York University , where he teaches seminars on credit analysis to both domestic and foreign bankers. Richard received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.A. from Georgetown University.

Jack Freker

Jack is president and chief operating officer of Zenta. He is responsible for worldwide operations and business development. Zenta is a leading provider of knowledge and business process outsourcing and related services.

Mr. Freker brings more than 25 years of business leadership experience in a variety of industries. He spent the first portion of his career in the consumer goods industry, working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Welch’s, and Bristol Myers Squibb. In 1992, Freker joined Convergys, a major outsourcing, consulting, and software solutions provider, where he served in a variety of roles including senior vice president of marketing/sales, group president, executive vice president and as president of the Customer Management Group, the firm’s largest operating unit, with over 60,000 employees and more than $1.6 billion in revenue.

After driving record global expansion, including significant growth in India and the Philippines, Freker left Convergys in 2005 to become CEO of Boston-based Oblicore, Inc., a global enterprise software company, where he increased global bookings more than 60% and generated a four-fold improvement in U.S. revenues.

He also serves as a board member of several private and public firms including
Vercuity, a leader in telecom expense management, Interactions, an early stage
automated self service solution and with Nuance (NUAN:Nasdaq), a publicly traded global leader in speech recognition.

Mr. Freker is a graduate of Princeton University and The Executive Management
program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He is a member of the Young
Presidents Organization (YPO), the Princeton University Schools Committee and has chaired the Princeton University Annual Giving Campaign.

Mike Iacobucci, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings 30 years of technology industry leadership experience to Interactions. As president and CEO, Iacobucci is primarily responsible for shaping the company’s core business goals, overseeing execution of its growth strategies, operational and technology leadership and go to market initiatives.

With a strong mix of strategic, operational and financial experience, Iacobucci leads Interactions through the complex business issues facing fast-moving, high-growth technology/managed service companies. His proven success helping companies turn industry trends and evolving customer needs into competitive advantage is a valuable asset to the company.

Prior to joining Interactions, Iacobucci was CEO of Idiom Technologies, a developer of enterprise level translation automation technology, servicing fortune 1,000 corporations which was acquired in 2008 by SDL Enterprise LTD. He was also an executive in residence at Sigma Partners, having worked at Books24x7, Focus Enhancements, Phoenix Technologies and Cullinet Software.

Shamez Kanji

Shamez is a General Partner at North Hill Ventures. He has over 20 years of experience working with early stage companies as a founder, executive, board member, advisor, and investor.

Before joining North Hill, in 2000, Shamez was co-founder and Managing Director
of The Clearview Group, an incubator that formed commerce and technology
companies. Clearview incubations and investments included Medassets (MDAS), Greenlight.com (INET), Viveca Software (sold to Open Pages), and Bizland.com (Endurance International). Prior to Clearview, Shamez was co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Strategy at a venture-backed medical services company. Shamez began his career as a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group and at Bain and Company.

Shamez received his B.A. magna cum laude from Harvard University, and earned
his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
