Mike Iacobucci, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mike brings 30 years of technology industry leadership experience to Interactions. As president and CEO, Iacobucci is primarily responsible for shaping the company’s core business goals, overseeing execution of its growth strategies, operational and technology leadership and go to market initiatives.
With a strong mix of strategic, operational and financial experience, Iacobucci leads Interactions through the complex business issues facing fast-moving, high-growth technology/managed service companies. His proven success helping companies turn industry trends and evolving customer needs into competitive advantage is a valuable asset to the company.
Prior to joining Interactions, Iacobucci was CEO of Idiom Technologies, a developer of enterprise level translation automation technology, servicing fortune 1,000 corporations which was acquired in 2008 by SDL Enterprise LTD. He was also an executive in residence at Sigma Partners, having worked at Books24x7, Focus Enhancements, Phoenix Technologies and Cullinet Software.
Dave Parkinson, Chief Operating Officer
Dave brings more than 25 years of executive experience to Interactions. As COO, Parkinson is responsible for end-to-end client relationships, which includes professional services, sales, and client relations.
Parkinson most recently served as Executive Vice President of the America’s for Trustwave, a leader in on-demand data security and payment card industry compliance management solutions to businesses and organizations throughout the world. Prior to Trustwave, Parkinson served as President and CEO of Vericept Corporation, the leading provider of comprehensive compliance and content control solutions. Parkinson joined Vericept in 2005 and served as CEO until 2009, at which point the company was acquired by Trustwave. Prior to Vericept, Parkinson served as an Executive in Residence at Sigma Partners from 2002 to 2005, where he assumed the CEO position in Sigma’s portfolio companies to provide either transition or permanent leadership. Parkinson has also served as Partner, Director, and Chief Financial Officer of the Boston Consulting Group.
Yoryos Yeracaris, Chief Technology Officer
Yoryos serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Interactions. With a proven ability to bring a broad range of products and services to market, YY has an impressive track record of hiring, inspiring, retaining, and managing fast-moving software teams in the development of scalable products on multiple platforms.
Prior to joining Interactions, Yoryos served as the CTO/Vice President of Engineering at Silverlink Communications in Burlington, MA. In that capacity he led the development of a web-based ASP environment for automated communications, a product that would ultimately be adopted by nine out of the the top ten Heathcare Insurance Companies. He has also held executive positions at a number of leading technology companies, including Infomedics, Lightpaths, Phoenix Technology, Language Technology, and Adelie Corporation (which was purchased by AT&T).
Joseph Gildea, Chief Financial Officer
Joe serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Interactions. He is responsible for overseeing all financial activity for the company, including managing the finance team, financial planning, reporting, and risk evaluation.
Gildea has over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and finance, having worked at River Ridge Consulting Group, Forum Corporation, and Books24x7. Additionally, Joseph has held executive finance positions at Quebecor Printing, Phoenix Technologies Ltd., and KPMG.
Phil Gray, EVP of Marketing and Business Development
Phil Gray is responsible for leading marketing and business development at Interactions. Phil is a successful startup executive with extensive experience in speech and call center technologies. His accomplishments include founding and leading Versay, a speech applications company.
He also drove many of the speech industry’s earliest deployments as a sales executive at Nuance. In addition, as a Vice President at eLoyalty, he helped launch the industry’s first speech analytics continuous improvement service. Phil has a degree in business from Michigan State University.
Jim Dreher, EVP of Operations
An Interactions veteran since 2004, Jim oversees the general day-to-day business operations at our Technology Center. Prior to Interactions, Jim helped launch EnterAct as VP of Operations role. At EnterAct Jim handled a variety of functions, including the call center, sales & marketing, billing, and human resources. After EnterAct’s acquisition by 21st Century, Jim assumed the role of VP, Product Management for the combined company.
He then took on the VP, Billing & Revenue Assurance, managing the transition of the ISP Billing & OSS to RCN. At RCN, Jim held VP level positions in Internet Product Management, Revenue Assurance, and Process Engineering. These roles called for him to build new teams to tackle the challenges facing the company. In his last role at RCN as VP, Process Engineering, Jim architected strategies to improve processes both in the field and in the 600 seat call center.
James Nolan, VP of Applications and Professional Services
As Interactions’ vice president of applications and professional services, Jim is responsible for directing the integration and rapid deployment of exceptional solutions to Interactions’ clients. Bringing over 30 years of successful technology delivery and service leadership to Interactions, Jim is charged with developing, delivering and maintaining solutions that provide superior customer care experience to clients’ customers and cost-optimization to clients’ operations.
Before joining Interactions, Jim ran the Technical Account Management and Advanced Technical Services at Sepaton. Prior to that he was VP Engineering at Incipient and led the development of the first commercial release of Incipient’s storage virtualization solution. Later, he formed and ran the Incipient Services organization. He also held positions at Avaya Communications, Cereva Networks, Storage Computer, Electronic Retailing Systems, Sequoia Systems, Raytheon, and Westinghouse Electric.
Mike Roche, Senior Director of Professional Services
With over five years at Interactions and over twenty years of experience at the intersection of technology and professional services, Mike manages the deployment of Interactions’ solutions to clients. This process includes determining scope, building the application, identifying business requirements, and tailoring it to specific client needs – thereby delivering maximum value and impact.
Following the deployment, Mike’s primary responsibility is to ensure the continued performance and optimization of the Interactions’ technology, helping clients continue to provide the highest level of satisfaction to their customers.
Prior to his current tenure at Interactions, Mike was both Director of Boston-Area Operations and a Contact Center Director at RCN, as well as Director of Audit at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
