Interactions – Now Hiring!
I just wanted to take a moment to draw your attention to an announcement we made yesterday – specifically, that we’re hiring! As reflected in our press release, we’re currently to retain approximately 250 “Intent Analysts” over the course of Q4 and the first part of 2011.
The role of Intent Analyst at Interactions is absolutely integral to what we do – these are the individuals who lend true human understanding to each call, through a powerful GUI (graphical user interface) that our software team has developed. This GUI, meticulously customized on a client-by-client basis, allows those individuals with quick reflexes, dexterity, and intelligence to excel, empowering thousands of customer engagements every hour.
What’s particularly interesting about this model is that it caters to a rising generation of employees – digital natives – whose accompanying talents with complex interfaces are frequently underutilized in the professional space. Rather than attempt to mold them to fit the system’s demands, we built the system to naturally align with these employees’ skills – and the results are rather astounding.
This is consistent with the way we believe ALL technology should be developed; take, for instance, the IVR. IVRs are a “tool” that were built to encourage humans to change their behaviors to interact with a machine – by navigating a series of word prompts and limited menus, you can hopefully get what you want. Interactions’ HumanTouch technology has been developed to allow people to speak freely to an IVR, as they would in a normal conversation, and the results are equally powerful.
You can listen to sample engagements here of our HumanTouch technology at work. Once you’ve done that, head on over to our careers page to check out the job description for Intent Analysts – perhaps you’re a good fit!
Mike I.
CEO, Interactions Corp.
