Interactions to Attend SpeechTek…and more.

Interactions will be attending Speechtek at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, August 2-4. If you are there, be sure to stop by our booth. We will be showcasing our HumanTouchTM IVR, a truly conversational self-service system with understanding capabilities that far exceed anything on the market today.
There are a lot of exciting things going on at Interactions. Here is a recent article in the Boston Globe, and if you have not visited it recently be sure to check out the rest our new Web site that we launched earlier this month.
Why all the excitement about Interactions? It’s because we have proven that raising the level of understanding delivers game-changing results. Although we are providing tremendous cost savings for our clients, I believe the real key is the improved customer experience.
IVRs to date have not scored well in the eyes of the customer. Our HumanTouchTM technology makes voice self-service as easy as talking directly with an agent and that’s a real win for the customer. It’s the first IVR I have ever encountered where people compliment the system just like they would a helpful person–you can hear a few of these complements right from our home page.
