New Ace in Town
I would like to start off by saying that I am ecstatic to be a new member of the Interactions team! Interactions is an exciting company with an exciting business model and from what I can tell, the roof WILL be blown off the IVR industry with each and every Interactions success story that comes to fruition! I look forward to being a part of that and having a lot of fun along the way. I strive in an entrepreneurial environment and Interactions is definitely that type of environment. Immediately, the team at Interactions has spent ample time with me and shared their secrets on everything from which accounts to pursue to their daily routine. I can’t be thankful enough for that team hospitality.
One of my greatest networks of people in life has been my tennis network. I have met famous and intelligent doctors, lawyers, scientists, pro athletes, business owners, you name it! There is some relevance with this story, please hold on! I have played tennis since I could hold a racquet, played the junior circuit, competitive tennis in college and continue to play competitive tennis now. I have never held a job other than a tennis instructor or tennis pro outside of my professional work in the technology sector. With that said, I am a part-time pro at a racquet club in the Northern Chicago suburbs and I happened to run into this guy a few years back named Phil Gray. Phil showed up to both privates and group lessons and gave 120% each time, listened to everything the pros had to say and was there to not only play tennis but to learn the game and master it like a chess player. I often say, tennis is like human chess, you just have to know where to be. I gravitate to students who take the game seriously as I enjoy helping them get to the next level. In later conversations, Phil and I discovered that our full-time jobs in technology were somewhat related. Phil told me about Interactions over coffee, I did my research on the company along with the exciting opportunity to join the team and here I am! I owe Phil a huge thanks because I truly look forward to my next chapter in the technology world!
I look forward to using my experience in building relationships along with the competitiveness I find in sports to bring Interactions to a new level. Stay tuned!
